5 stars for the egg tarts! That is all I purchased.
Store was sparkly clean and well stoked. The cakes in the front counter looked delicious!
I would return to this bakery if I'm in this mall again. Easy access to the bakery from the east entrance by Dollarama. -

Best Chinese bakery in the area, also the priciest though. The bread they use for all their Chinese buns are great and never squished. They take care in packaging their cream buns so the cream doesn't get stuck on top of the bag. Their pineapple buns are not too sweet. Their cakes are way better than Maxims or TnTs.

I didn't realize this place existed! It's located near Scotiabank in Coquitlam Center (the opposite side of the food court). I purchased a coconut bun and a chicken pie. The coconut bun was the best one I've ever had! The chicken pie was lacking flavor/very bland, but it was served warm as they make all of their pastries in house. I'm curious to try some of their other baked goods, pastries, cakes and pies.

We went in there for a slice of cake & I spied Chinese Walnut Cookies !
I had these when I was a child.
They were a bit pricey $ 7.15 for a box of 12 but I had to have them.
They were so good...a bit sweet for my taste but a nice nostalgic treat.
With any regular-priced purchase, you can also get a hot chocolate or coffee for $0.99 -

Very friendly service which is very rare in an adian bakery, but the baking is sub par. I ordered 12 different buns (the same I always order from any Asian bakery) and they were chewy or over cooked. But the service was amazing.
